Move a song to a specific position in the queue

Usage Examples:

Song to be Moved

/move positionfrom: Number in Queue

Desired Location in Queue

/move positionto: Number in Queue

Both parameters are mandatory for the command to execute.

You are able to find a song's position in the queue via the /queue command.
