Move a song to a specific position in the playlist

Usage Examples:

Song to be Moved

/playlist move positionfrom: Number in Playlist

Desired Location in Queue

/playlist move positionto: Number in Playlist

Both parameters are mandatory for the command to execute.

You are able to find a song's position in the queue via the /playlist show command.
